Comsip, a subsidiary of VINCI Energies Oil & Gas, seeks a Subsea Delivery Manager Service for a Paris-based role with periodic missions to Suriname and SPS contractor factories.

The position requires a Master’s degree in engineering, 20 years of professional experience (10+ in SPS/UFR), and fluency in English and French. You will oversee fabrication, testing, and handover, manage contractor performance, and drive risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering is required.
• 20 years professional experience; 10+ in SPS & UFR.
• Fluent in English and French; strong leadership and communication.

Responsabilités

• Oversee SPS fabrication, testing, and handover to other work packages.
• Monitor contractor performance and manage risk with KPI tracking.
• Coordinate with D&C, UFR, Field operations; liaise with project teams.
• Lead change order technical evaluations and dossiers.
• Mobilize SPS equipment and tooling for integration and offshore installation.
• Report issues to Subsea manager and capture lessons learned.
