Kintec Global Recruitment is seeking a highly experienced SPS engineering professional for a long-term, multi-year project based in Paris with international missions. The role requires exceptional leadership, deep SPS expertise, and strong multilingual communication skills to manage complex industrial projects.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of SPS rules, specifications, international norms and standards.
• Comprehensive understanding of SPS engineering and operational challenges.
• Minimum 20 years of professional experience, with at least 10 years in project roles.

Responsabilités

• Oversee SPS system fabrication, testing, and hand-over to project work packages.
• Demonstrate H3SE compliance and required training within your area of responsibility.
• Promote and enforce company ethics and anti-corruption policies.
• Oversee troubleshooting of major SPS engineering and project management issues.
• Monitor contractor performance against KPIs and manage risk/action plans.
• Coordinate with drilling, completion, umbilical/flowlines/risers, and field ops teams.
• Support qualification, testing, tooling, and tie-in activities per project schedules.
• Prepare technical documentation for partner approval and change orders.
• Mobilize SPS equipment and tooling for integration, onshore operations, and offshore installation.
• Report concerns to Subsea Manager and gather lessons learned.
