IOTA GROUP is seeking an experienced Senior SPS/UFR Engineering Lead for a Paris-based assignment with periodic travel to Suriname and contractor sites. You will oversee engineering, fabrication, testing, and hand-over of subsea equipment within a large multi-energy project.

Fluent in English and French, you will coordinate with D&C, UFR and field teams to meet project milestones and ensure compliance with SPS standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering.
• 20 years of professional experience in engineering.
• Minimum 10 years in SPS & UFR equipment engineering and fabrication.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Knowledge of SPS rules, standards and operational procedures.
• Ability to lead in a complex, multicultural project environment.

Responsabilités

• Manage completion of SPS system fabrication, testing and hand-over to related work packages.
• Oversee troubleshooting of major and non-routine problems in SPS/UFR engineering, fabrication and testing.
• Monitor contractor performance against project KPIs and implement risk-response plans.
• Promote action plans and support implementation with technical leaders and contractors.
• Liaise with D&C, UFR and Field operations and corporate specialists.
