Altea Energy seeks a Subsea Delivery Manager for a residential assignment based in Paris, with periodic missions to Paramaribo and SPS Contractor facilities. You will oversee SPS fabrication, qualification, testing, and handover, coordinating interfaces across D&C, UFR, Field Operations, and Project Controls.

The role requires extensive SPS engineering and offshore installation expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams while ensuring compliance with HSE

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 20+ years in Oil & Gas with subsea project experience.
• 10+ years in major offshore SPS projects.
• Expertise in SPS engineering, fabrication, testing, and offshore installation.

Responsabilités

• SPS Delivery Management: Manage the completion of SPS fabrication, qualification, testing, and delivery activities.
• Interface Management: Coordinate interfaces with D&C, UFR, Field Operations, Project Controls, Contractors, and Corporate Technical Authorities.
• Technical Leadership: Lead the resolution of complex engineering, fabrication, qualification, and testing issues.
• Contractor & Vendor Management: Monitor contractor performance and support teams to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Qualification, Testing & Installation Support: Assist with mobilization, testing, and offshore installation readiness.
• Change Management & Project Controls: Collaborate on technically driven change orders, documentation, and risk reviews.
• Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Communicate risks and lessons learned to improve the Subsea delivery organization.
