MR MARVIS is seeking a Style Advisor in Paris to welcome customers, offer tailored styling advice and guide them through our brand concept. You will help shoppers find the perfect fit by suggesting products, sizes and styling ideas while creating a warm, inspiring atmosphere that makes every visitor feel valued.

Fluency in French and English is required, with a passion for fashion and hospitality experience considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic, energetic and commercially minded with strong customer focus.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Passionate about styling with a customer-first approach.
• Interest in fashion and retail; hospitality/retail experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers, engage with them, inform them about our brand and store concept, and inspire exploration of our collection.
• Advise customers on products, quality, heritage and size selection.
• Provide expert styling tips with confidence and pride, helping find the right sizes.
• Elevate the shopping experience by assisting with tailoring or offering a coffee or refreshment.
• Maintain the store’s appearance inside and out.

As a Style Advisor at MR MARVIS, you help customers find their perfect (out)fit. With your eye for detail and personal approach, you offer tailored styling advice while creating a warm, inspiring atmosphere that makes every visitor feel welcome and well taken care of.

What's on a typical to-do list:

• Creating a great first impression by welcoming customers, engaging with them, informing them about our brand and store concept, and inspiring them to explore our collection;
• Advising customers on products, quality, heritage and size selection. You are knowledgeable and exude confidence;
• Providing expert advice with confidence and pride. This includes finding the right sizes for customers, and offering inspiring styling tips as a complimentary service.
• Going the extra mile to elevate the customer’s shopping experience - whether that’s pinning long trousers for tailoring or offering a coffee or refreshment.
• Ensuring the store always looks its best - inside and out.

Ask yourself, are you...

• Enthusiastic, energetic and commercially minded, as well as patient, flexible, and presentable?
• A good communicator who can genuinely listen to the customer?
• Customer oriented?
• Passionate about styling and not afraid to offer alternative products?
• Interested in Fashion and Retail and enthusiastic about MR MARVIS (experience in a service-oriented industry such as hospitality or retail is a plus)?
• Fluent in both French and English?

What you'll get

• All salaries listed apply to employees aged 21 and over.

Salary: €2,000 - €2,700 gross per month (full-time, 38h/week), depending on relevant experience, in accordance with the (Collective Bargaining Agreement (Habillement et articles textiles : commerce de detail)
