MR MARVIS is seeking a Style Advisor for its Paris store to welcome customers, share brand stories, and inspire exploration of our collection. You will deliver personalized styling advice with confidence and warmth, helping clients find the perfect fit and finish their look with flair.

In this fast-growing fashion environment you’ll combine fashion sense with outstanding service, maintain a well-presented shop, and contribute to a memorable shopping experience for every visitor.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English.
• Experience in a service-oriented industry is a plus.
• Customer-focused and able to listen actively.
• Passionate about styling and fashion.
• Interested in fashion, retail and MR MARVIS brand.

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers, engage with them, inform them about our brand and store concept, and inspire exploration of the collection.
• Advise customers on products, quality, heritage and size selection; communicate confidence.
• Provide expert styling advice and help customers find the right sizes and looks.
• Go the extra mile to elevate the shopping experience (e.g., pinning trousers, offering coffee).
• Ensure the store looks its best inside and out.

About the job

As a Style Advisor at MR MARVIS, you help customers find their perfect (out)fit. With your eye for detail and personal approach, you offer tailored styling advice while creating a warm, inspiring atmosphere that makes every visitor feel welcome and well taken care of.

What’s on a typical to-do list:

• Creating a great first impression by welcoming customers, engaging with them, informing them about our brand and store concept, and inspiring them to explore our collection;

• Advising customers on products, quality, heritage and size selection. You are knowledgeable and exude confidence;

• Providing expert advice with confidence and pride. This includes finding the right sizes for customers, and offering inspiring styling tips as a complimentary service.

• Going the extra mile to elevate the customer’s shopping experience — whether that’s pinning long trousers for tailoring or offering a coffee or refreshment.

• Ensuring the store always looks its best – inside and out.

Ask yourself, are you…

• Enthusiastic, energetic and commercially minded, as well as patient, flexible, and presentable?

• Passionate about styling and not afraid to offer alternative products?

• Interested in Fashion and Retail and enthusiastic about MR MARVIS (experience in a service-oriented industry such as hospitality or retail is a plus)?

• Fluent in both French and English?

What you'll get

• All salaries listed apply to employees aged 21 and over.

  Salary: €2,000 – €2,700 gross per month (full-time, 38h/week), depending on relevant experience, in accordance with the (Collective Bargaining Agreement (Habillement et articles textiles : commerce de détail)
