Airbus Defence and Space SAS in Toulouse is seeking a Stress Engineer to join the Stress Department (TADAA2) for a brand-new program. You will analyse metallic composites and hybrid structures, write stress dossiers, and work with Technical Authority to define justification approaches.

Join a team building a bold, high-impact program in a dynamic aerospace environment. English and French proficiency are required; Spanish is a plus. This is a permanent, on-site role based in Toulouse.

Qualifications

• Master degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 3 years minimum of experience in Stress Analysis.
• Good knowledge of Airbus Calculation methods & tools.
• Strong communication skills.
• Autonomous approach with ability to react and adapt.
• Open and synthetic mindset with ability to propose ideas.
• Proficiency in English and French (Spanish a plus).

Responsabilités

• Analyse and validate metallic composites or hybrid structures from a stress point of view.
• Write and/or check stress dossiers, reports or justifications, and test programs and reports.
• Define the justification approaches with Technical Authority and Senior engineers.
• Support manufacturing by assessing non-conformities.
• Collaborate with design engineers and communicate with stakeholders across Airbus and partners.
