Infosys is seeking a Senior Consultant Concession Stress Engineer in Toulouse, France. Lead static stress analyses and FDT assessments to evaluate modifications on aircraft structures, using Patran/Nastran, ABAQUS, ISAMI, GFEM/DFEM and Airbus tools.

You will collaborate with offshore stress teams, ensure Airbus SAP/configuration control compliance, and act as a technical representative for onsite-offshore coordination.

Qualifications

• Experience with static stress analysis and Fatigue & Damage Tolerance for aircraft structures.
• Knowledge of hand calculations and FE analysis.
• Knowledge of Airbus processes and procedures (RSDP, SIDP, AP, ABD, AIPI, AIPS).
• Understanding aerospace design principles and airworthiness requirements.
• Airbus Concession Signatory experience and Airbus SAP familiarity.
• Bi-lingual (French and English).
• BE / BTECH/MTECH/MS or equivalent degree (Aerospace/ Mechanical Engineering).
• 5-10 years of hands-on aerospace structural stress and concession analysis.

Responsabilités

• Lead and perform static stress analysis and Fatigue & Damage Tolerance assessments to evaluate impact of non-conformities and repairs.
• Understand baseline/certification stress analysis for specific work packages.
• Understand concession inputs such as CODs, COIs, COAs.
• Conduct stress calculations for metallic, composite, and hybrid structures using analytical and numerical methods.
• Utilize Airbus-specific tools such as ISAMI, GFEM, DFEM, and finite element software (Patran/Nastran, Hypermesh).
• Collaborate with offshore stress team for clear technical communication and timely deliverables.
• Prepare, review and validate stress outputs in line with Airbus and Airworthiness requirements.
• Ensure adherence to Airbus SAP, PLM, and configuration control processes.
• Drive issue resolution by interfacing with cross-functional teams (design, manufacturing, quality, configuration management).
• Serve as a technical representative for onsite-offshore coordination.
