Mondial Relay by InPost is offering a 6 to 12 month internship in strategic planning and project management. You will review business trends, conduct analyses, and help shape strategic plans while coordinating with senior management and various functions to guide the company’s direction.

You will manage projects end-to-end, develop reports for leadership, and apply project management best practices with tools like Asana, Jira, and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously while collaborating with teams.

Responsabilités

• Analyze industry trends, market opportunities, and the competitive landscape.
• Evaluate strategic performance and propose data-driven improvements.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Finance to align objectives.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management.
• Assist in setting organizational goals and initiatives based on research.
• Manage projects from initiation to completion, on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for clear communication and timely task delivery.
• Implement project management best practices using tools like Asana or Jira.
