Mondial Relay, part of the InPost Group, is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join the Strategy and Transformation team. You will coordinate and manage a portfolio of strategic transformation projects, acting as the connective tissue between project managers, business owners and sponsors to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and on scope.

This senior role requires governance experience, stakeholder management and the ability to drive portfolio-wide decisions.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of project/program management experience, ideally including exposure to operations, supply chain, consulting or transformation environments.
• Proven track record managing multiple concurrent, complex projects or programs, ideally in decentralised or matrixed organisations and often without formal hierarchical authority over contributors.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable presenting to, and arbitrating with, senior sponsors and steering committees.
• Demonstrated experience leading change management and driving adoption across cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g. Asana, Jira, MS Project); PMP, Prince2 or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.
• Fluent French and professional-level English, written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and manage a portfolio of strategic transformation projects, ensuring priorities are sequenced correctly and interdependencies across projects are actively identified and managed.
• Support project managers, business owners and sponsors throughout the project lifecycle - from scoping and planning to execution and closure - to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and on scope.
• Design and run project governance (steering committees, decision logs, executive updates), giving sponsors and the Senior Leadership Team the visibility they need to make timely decisions and arbitrate trade-offs.
• Identify, track and elevate risks, issues and dependencies across the portfolio, and drive resolution alongside project managers and sponsors.
• Translate ambiguous or early-stage transformation initiatives into clear scopes, milestones, resourcing plans and success metrics before handing off into delivery.
• Lead stakeholder alignment and change management across cross-functional teams (Operations, Marketing, Finance, IT) to secure buy-in and adoption of new processes, tools and ways of working.
• Build and maintain portfolio-level reporting - roadmap, budget and KPI tracking - for senior management and the Senior Leadership Team.
• Set and continuously improve project management standards, methodology and tooling across the team (e.g. Jira, MS Loop), ensuring consistent practices across the portfolio.
• Coach and support Strategic Project Analysts on project management best practice, acting as a point of reference on the team for delivery discipline.
• Represent the Strategy and Transformation team in cross-functional forums, protecting the timeline and interests of strategic projects.

Mondial Relay, part of the InPost Group, is the leader in the Out Of Home (OOH) delivery market in France. The business has 2x since its acquisition by InPost in 2021 and has bolder ambitions for the next 5 years to transform the French delivery market. The Strategy and Transformation team is central to deliver on this vision, focusing on driving the strategic agenda (incl. M&A) and delivering large cross functional projects. Reporting directly to Senior Leadership Team member Guillaume Cazalaa (former McKinsey Partner), the role of Program Manager offers the opportunity to take ownership of a portfolio of the company's most strategically important transformation projects, working closely with senior sponsors and business owners across the organisation.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and delivery-oriented Program Manager to join our Strategy and Transformation team. In this role, you will coordinate and manage a portfolio of strategic transformation projects, acting as the connective tissue between project managers, business owners and sponsors to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and on scope. This is a more senior role than our Strategic Project Analyst position, with greater ownership of governance, stakeholder management and portfolio-level decision-making, and an expectation of prior project or program management experience.

Main responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage a portfolio of strategic transformation projects, ensuring priorities are sequenced correctly and interdependencies across projects are actively identified and managed.
• Support project managers, business owners and sponsors throughout the project lifecycle - from scoping and planning to execution and closure - to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and on scope.
• Design and run project governance (steering committees, decision logs, executive updates), giving sponsors and the Senior Leadership Team the visibility they need to make timely decisions and arbitrate trade-offs.

• Self-motivated, structured, and comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Fluent French and professional-level English, written and spoken.

Reporting: This position reports to the Director of Strategy and Transformation (member of the Senior Leadership Team).

Location: Remote with weekly presence in Lille at HQ (Mondial Relay Villeneuve d'Ascq).
