Mondial Relay by InPost seeks an experienced Program Manager to join Strategy and Transformation. You will coordinate a portfolio of strategic transformation projects, ensuring alignment with priorities and governance across senior leaders.

This senior role requires strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive change in cross-functional teams across Operations, Marketing, Finance, IT. Location: hybrid in Lille with weekly HQ presence.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of project/program management experience.
• Experience in operations, supply chain, consulting or transformation environments.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent French and professional-level English.
• PMP/Prince2 or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.
• Self-motivated, autonomous in a fast-paced setting.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and manage a portfolio of strategic transformation projects.
• Support project managers and sponsors through the lifecycle.
• Design and run project governance to provide visibility.
• Identify, track, escalate risks, issues, dependencies across the portfolio.
• Lead change management across cross-functional teams.
• Maintain portfolio-level reporting for senior management.
• Coach Strategic Project Analysts on delivery discipline.
• Represent the team in cross-functional forums.
