Mondial Relay, part of the InPost Group, is seeking a delivery-oriented Program Manager to coordinate a portfolio of strategic transformation projects in France. You will connect project managers, business owners and sponsors to ensure delivery on time, budget and scope.

Qualifications

• Higher education in business, engineering, or equivalent.
• 6–10 years in project/program management in transformation environments.
• Proven track record managing multiple complex projects in decentralised or matrixed organisations.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and manage a portfolio of strategic transformation projects.
• Support project managers, business owners and sponsors through the project lifecycle - from scoping and planning to execution and closure.
• Design and run project governance (steering committees, decision logs, executive updates).
• Identify, track and escalate risks, issues and dependencies across the portfolio.
• Translate ambiguous transformation initiatives into clear scopes, milestones and resourcing plans.
• Lead stakeholder alignment and change management across cross-functional teams.
• Build and maintain portfolio-level reporting for senior management.
• Set and improve project management standards and tooling across the team.
