Ipsen in Paris (FR) seeks a Manager, Strategy & Operations – ED Sub Team Planner to coordinate early development activities, translate objectives into integrated plans, and ensure disciplined execution. You will partner with the Sub Team Lead and functional representatives to maintain the Sub Team roadmap and drive cross-functional alignment.

The role emphasizes planning discipline, data integrity in OnePlan, and effective communication across Strategy & Operations and Asset Operations to

Qualifications

1–3 years’ experience in the Pharmaceutical / Biotech industry with understanding of drug development.
Expertise in planning tools, planning methodologies, and cross-functional planning coordination.
Experience working with cross-functional R&D teams (clinical, preclinical, regulatory).
Familiarity with integrated development plans and milestone-driven environments.
Ability to translate complex scientific activities into operational plans.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

Structure and maintain the Sub Team operational roadmap aligned with asset strategy and ED priorities.
Translate scientific objectives into integrated, actionable project plans.
Facilitate cross-functional alignment on priorities, deliverables, timelines and decision points.
Promote disciplined planning and execution mindset across the Sub Team.
Lead OnePlan data inputs and ensure data quality and consistency.
Coordinate reporting and escalate risks and issues to senior stakeholders.
