Job description

We're looking for a 6-month Strategy & Operations intern to join the CEO Office at Welcome to the Jungle. You'll be the right hand of our Chief of Staff.

The CEO Office helps the company place fewer, better bets and see them through. It's our strategic intelligence and execution hub: we make trade-offs explicit so leadership can make the best decisions, steer execution across teams, and give leadership a single, trusted view of where the company stands. Day to day, that means supporting the Exec Team and the Leadership Team with analysis and recommendations, preparing the Board, running leadership rituals, and delivering the cross-functional projects that matter most.

You'll join a small team of strategy, operations and data profiles. In H1 2027 the team will finalize the 2027–2028 strategy and, above all, turn it into execution across the company. You'll be at the heart of it.

This is not an assistant role. You'll own deliverables that land in front of the Exec Team and the Board, and see from the inside how a scale-up builds and runs its strategy.

1. Governance and leadership rituals
  • Help prepare Exec Team meetings, Leadership Team gatherings, Board meetings and strategic reviews: collect inputs from teams, structure agendas and pre-reads, and build the supporting materials.

  • Track key decisions and follow up on action items with owners.

  • Prepare and coordinate our company All Hands: agenda, content and speakers, rehearsals, run of show.

2. Strategic analysis and decision support
  • Run focused analyses, deep-dives and benchmarks on questions the Exec Team is working on (often partnering with Revenue, Finance, Data teams).

  • Turn your analysis into clear, concise recommendations: one-pagers, synthesis notes, executive-ready docs.

3. Company performance monitoring and reporting
  • Help implement the company's performance reporting and executive dashboards, and spot the trends and gaps that matter.

  • Coordinate the teams that contribute to monthly company reporting, going to the Exec Team, the Board and investors.

4. Strategic projects and CEO Office operations
  • Help turn the 2027–2028 strategy into execution: translate it into priorities, owners and milestones, set up the tracking of its rollout, and support the final refinements.

  • Support company-wide communications on strategy and performance.

  • Help with the day-to-day running of the CEO Office, and use AI tools to simplify recurring work where it makes sense.

Previous experience in strategy, consulting, corporate finance, operations or a startup/scale-up.You're structured and analytical: you can turn messy inputs into a clear storyline and a clear recommendation. You write well and know how to make complex information easy to grasp, whatever the format: a written memo, a Notion page, a deck or an AI-powered tool. You're comfortable with spreadsheets (Google Sheets). You're rigorous and detail-oriented. Quality control doesn't bore you. You're at ease with people at every level, from team members to Exec Committee members, and you're not afraid to reach out and chase people for inputs. You're discreet: you'll handle confidential information. You're curious about AI tools and already use them to work better. You're fluent in French and English.

What you'll getA backstage view of leadership. You'll work behind the scenes of the Exec Team and the Board: prepare what they decide on, then see how those decisions turn into action across the company. From strategy to execution. You'll learn how a strategy becomes concrete priorities, owners and milestones, and how to keep execution on track across teams.Real ownership. Your work goes straight to the Exec Team, with close coaching from the Chief of Staff and day-to-day work alongside strategy, operations and data experts.A broad view of the company.
