papernest offers a Strategy & Operations internship in the New Business department, starting January 2027 for 6 months. You will work across Ops, Customer Care, Data, Finance, CRM, Product and Strategy, contributing to operations and strategic initiatives within a fast-growing scale-up.

You should have a business or engineering degree, solid project management experience, and be fluent in French and English.

Qualifications

• With a degree from a business or engineering school, you have initial experience in project management and/or operations, ideally within a startup.
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Autonomous and rigorous, you have strong team collaboration skills.
• You are fluent in French and English.

In this role you will:

As a Strategy & Operations intern, you will be a key stakeholder in the New Business department, working across several teams: Ops, Customer Care, Data, Finance, CRM, Product and Strategy from January 2027 for 6 months.

Your responsibilities :

• You will be responsible for a portion of the operations

• You will contribute to delivering the best customer experience on the market

• You will analyze performance and identify growth drivers

• You will be at the heart of the strategy for a flagship papernest project

And above all, you will play a key role in developing and scaling new business initiatives from the ground up!

Your profile :

• With a degree from a business or engineering school, you have initial experience in project management and/or operations, ideally within a startup

Hiring Process:

• An initial call with Talent Acquisition team

• A final interview with Jules De Remur, your future manager (30 minutes)
