Emerton is a global high-standard strategy consulting firm with offices in Paris, London, Munich, New York and Hong Kong. We are looking for experienced professionals to join the team in Paris and help clients design strategies and transform their business.

You will typically lead a team of 2–5 consultants to deliver projects on time and within budget, building strong client relationships and contributing to business development.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in top-tier strategy consulting or the industry.
• Top-tier academic background (engineering or business school).
• Proven analytical and creative thinking.
• Sharp problem-solving capabilities.
• Project management skills.
• Strong business sense.
• Excellent oral and written communication in English and French.

Responsabilités

• Manage client projects with primary responsibility for client satisfaction, team excellence, and delivery on time and to budget.
• Manage day-to-day client relations and build long-term relationships with clients.
• Structure the problem-solving process and develop project schedules, assign work and lead the team.
• Support lead generation and project acquisition with proposals and presentations.
• Provide topical expertise and intellectual leadership to project teams.
• Develop intellectual capital in targeted areas as part of thought leadership initiatives.
• Contribute to the development and management of one Emerton practice through involvement in recruitment, training, and marketing.

Job Description

You will typically lead a team of 2-5 consultants to help clients design their strategies, transform their business, or achieve new performance highs.

Main missions will be:

• Manage client projects with primary responsibility for client satisfaction, team excellence, and delivery on time and to budget


• Manage day to day client relations and builds long-term relationships with client


• Structure the problem-solving process and develops project schedules, assigns work to team members. Lead team members and provides on the job training and coaching


• Support lead generation and project acquisition with proposal preparation and presentation


• Provide topical expertise and intellectual leadership to project teams


• Develop intellectual capital in targeted areas as part of our thought leadership initiatives


• Contribute to the development and management of one of Emerton practices through involvement in, for example, recruitment, training, and marketing
