What You’ll Do

You will typically lead a team of 2-5 consultants to help clients design their strategies and transform their business, all under the guidance of hands‑on Partners:

• Manage client projects with primary responsibility for client satisfaction, team excellence, and delivery on time and to our high quality standards
• Manage day‑to‑day client relations and build long‑term relationships
• Structure the problem‑solving process and develop project schedules, assign teamwork, lead team and provide adequate mentoring and training
• Support lead generation and project acquisition: proposal preparation and presentation
• Provide top‑ical expertise and intellectual leadership to project teams
• Develop intellectual capital in targeted areas as full member of our leadership team
• Develop teams through contribution to recruitment, training, and communication
