CMA CGM Group is seeking a Group Strategic Advisory Consultant to join CMA Conseil in Marseille. You’ll contribute to high-profile strategic engagements, working directly with the Group's executive leadership in small project teams across geographies.

Projects include strategic reviews, transformation initiatives, and M&A-related assignments across Shipping, Logistics, Air Cargo, Rail, and more. A strong strategic mindset and international experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from a leading academic institution.
• At least 4 years of experience in a demanding international environment, working on strategic projects.
• International mindset with exposure to multicultural environments.
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Highly adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Fluent in French and proficient in English.

Responsabilités

• Deliver successful projects and high-quality outputs.
• Partner with the Project Manager and other team members or work independently to ensure project delivery.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to gather key data and drive project progress.
• Conduct insightful analyses, contribute to executive reports, and present recommendations to senior leadership.
• Contribute to individual and team development.
• Stay informed about industry trends to engage in strategic discussions.
• Apply best practices, tools, and innovative approaches where relevant.
• Support the development of team members by sharing knowledge and contributing to their growth.
