Job summary

Default Brand in Versailles, France is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee manufacturing operations and inventory control. The role focuses on capacity planning, OTIF delivery, and cost-optimized packaging while maintaining health, safety, and quality standards across ISO/TS16949 and related systems.

The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of manufacturing leadership, strong communication and negotiation skills, and expertise in SAP and Excel to drive continuous improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with SAP and quality management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate manufacturing operations and optimize capacity planning.
• Plan and supervise inventory control, including cycle counts.
• Manage inventory and packaging costs within budget.
• Ensure health & safety compliance and ISO/TS16949 standards.
• Develop stocking plans for OEM and Just-In-Time programs.
• Ensure on-time deliveries and OTIF performance.
• Maintain accurate paperwork for inbound/outbound shipments.
• Collaborate with leadership and other functions to drive improvements.
