Work With Island in Paris is seeking a talented individual to join their Product Performance team. You will collaborate with mentors to secure and optimize the supply chain while focusing on cost negotiations. The role is strategic and offers exposure to real-world impacts on production.

Your responsibilities include sourcing components across Europe, managing supplier performance, and ensuring technical compliance. Ideal candidates will have a Master’s degree and prior experience in physical product sourcing.

Qualifications

• First successful experience in an internship or apprenticeship working on physical products.
• Highly methodical, rigorous, proactive, and a great communicator.
• Resilient and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Secure overall supply chain and optimize manufacturing costs.
• Source and qualify new suppliers and components across France and Europe.
• Monitor supplier and factory quality performance.
