Job summary

IDEMIA Public Security is seeking an experienced IT procurement leader in France to drive strategic sourcing, negotiate complex agreements, and align category strategies with IT leadership and product teams. You will optimize supplier performance, manage commercial risk with Legal, and deliver measurable cost savings across the IT supplier ecosystem.

The role requires 8–10 years in IT procurement, experience with software, hardware, and cloud, and strong negotiation and stakeholder management

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of IT procurement experience across software, hardware, and Cloud.
• Background in a technical IT environment with stakeholder interaction.
• Strong negotiation, contracting, and supplier management capabilities.
• Ability to operate in an international, complex environment.
• Proficient with office and e-sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives for IT categories with market intelligence and supplier assessments.
• Negotiate and manage complex commercial agreements including master agreements, SOWs, and cloud contracts.
• Develop and execute category strategies aligned with IT leadership and product management.
• Drive supplier performance, risk mitigation, and cost optimization across IT suppliers.
• Provide guidance on contractual obligations and commercial risks with Legal as primary interface.
• Conduct market analysis, TCO assessments, and supplier risk evaluations.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and act as a trusted procurement advisor.
• Establish supplier governance models, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead cost reduction and value creation programs with defined procurement KPIs.
• Support procurement transformation and best-practice deployment across IPS and business lines.
• Develop and manage cost savings projects and related KPIs.
