AbbVie France headquarters in Boulogne-Billancourt is seeking a Strategic Site Partner (SSP) to join the Strategic Site Partnership Director’s group. You will lead and strengthen partnerships with key investigative sites to accelerate AbbVie's clinical pipeline and ensure high-quality trial delivery across studies.

You will build long-term relationships with site leadership, coordinate cross-functional teams, identify operational improvements, and monitor KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, science or related field.
• 10+ years in clinical development, operations, site management or a related field.
• Experience in strategic relationship management with investigative sites or external partners.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute tailored engagement strategies for strategic sites.
• Build long-term relationships with site leadership and clinical research teams.
• Act as the central contact between sites and AbbVie across studies.
• Identify barriers to clinical trial delivery and coordinate cross-functional solutions.
• Review site performance, capacity, quality indicators and KPIs; plan improvements.
• Share portfolio forecasts to support site resource planning and feasibility.
• Identify opportunities to improve consistency and operational efficiency.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across AbbVie to align priorities with site needs.
• Escalate risks and issues and drive timely resolution.
• Contribute to AbbVie's reputation as a preferred partner for clinical research institutes.
