OpenText in Paris is seeking a Proposal Specialist to support the sale of services within the Professional Services Content division. You will partner with the sales team across the full cycle, from proposal development to opportunity booking, acting as the main liaison and ensuring CRM and documents are up to date.

The ideal candidate has experience in Sales Operations within software, strong CRM knowledge, and fluency in English and French, enabling effective collaboration across international

Qualifications

• Background in Sales Operations, preferably within a software company.
• Strong understanding of key sales business processes and ordering mechanisms.
• Knowledge of CRM solutions (Salesforce or equivalent).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality.
• Experience working in an international environment.
• Full professional proficiency in business English and French.

Responsabilités

• Draft proposals and prepare opportunity quotes.
• Initiate the approval process in our CRM in accordance with our policies and procedures.
• Follow up on the booking of sales opportunities.
• Keep the CRM system up to date.
• Maintain our documents repository up to date.
• Obtain the necessary approvals for any subcontractor involvement.
• Draft statements of work for subcontractors.
• Initiate the approval process in our CRM.
• Occasionally, you will also be responsible for managing simple sales opportunities under the supervision of a sales representative.
