Demartino Law is seeking a Project Manager for its Group Health and Welfare division in Paris to drive strategic initiatives and IT-enabled projects. You will coordinate delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with business goals and governance requirements.

You will manage meetings, track budgets, gather requirements, and validate solutions with business stakeholders, while supporting change management and end-to-end testing.

Responsabilités

• Manage projects by taking responsibility for monitoring project workstreams.
• Prepare, participate in, and lead project meetings.
• Monitor budgets and consolidate cost estimates.
• Describe current and target processes for the Group Health and Welfare unit.
• Assist with requirements gathering and validate the business needs with stakeholders.
• Lead feasibility studies, scope projects into workstreams, and present to governance bodies.
• Support user acceptance testing and change management activity.
