Job summary

Keoni is seeking an IT Project Manager for insurance-related projects, including Terme system work. You will lead major IT initiatives in Property & Casualty, coordinating with Business Analysts, IT teams and suppliers to ensure commitments are met and reported effectively.

The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, structured governance participation, and a proven track record in delivering complex insurance IT projects. Paris-based, on-site with emphasis on collaborative leadership.

Qualifications

• Significant and successful experience in senior project management/project leadership.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as ITBM and Clarity.
• Knowledge of the insurance sector.
• Strong emphasis on interpersonal skills and collaboration.
• Demonstrated commitment to project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop action plans and deliverables in coordination with business and IT teams.
• Lead meetings and prepare minutes and materials for steering committees.
• Coordinate communications between IT, business stakeholders, and suppliers.
• Update monitoring tools for workload, progress and planning.
• Report on activities and maintain up‑to‑date project monitoring.
