Demartino Law is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead a strategic Salesforce-driven data automation initiative in Paris. You will coordinate business, IT, and legal teams to ensure GDPR compliance and a production-ready February 2027 release.

The role requires strong PM experience, expertise in Salesforce (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud), and a solid background in Agile/SAFe environments, with excellent leadership and communication skills. Immediate start preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT project management.
• Experience with digital transformation or automation projects.
• Strong understanding of personal data management.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe).
• Essential Salesforce expertise (Sales Cloud and Service Cloud).
• Ability to work with business, technical, and legal teams.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of data integration technologies (APIs, ETL) is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage the project from start to finish (scoping, build, deployment).
• Facilitate workshops and coordinate business and IT stakeholders.
• Define target processes and data flows.
• Develop the project schedule, budget, and plan.
• Identify risks and monitor their mitigation.
• Manage the development and integration teams.
• Organize testing phases and user acceptance testing.
• Ensure reporting and prepare for production launch.
• Guarantee the legal and regulatory compliance of data processing.
