Job summary

Demartino Law is seeking a Project Manager for its Group Health and Welfare division in Paris to drive strategic initiatives and IT-enabled projects. You will coordinate delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with business goals and governance requirements.

You will manage meetings, track budgets, gather requirements, and validate solutions with business stakeholders, while supporting change management and end-to-end testing.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects by taking responsibility for monitoring project workstreams.
• Prepare, participate in, and lead project meetings.
• Monitor budgets and consolidate cost estimates.
• Describe current and target processes for the Group Health and Welfare unit.
• Assist with requirements gathering and validate the business needs with stakeholders.
• Lead feasibility studies, scope projects into workstreams, and present to governance bodies.
• Support user acceptance testing and change management activity.

This individual will be able to work on projects within the Group Strategic Program or on other projects within the group insurance division. MISSIONS: – Manage projects by taking responsibility for : – monitoring project work and various project workstreams – preparing, participating in, and leading project meetings – budget monitoring – Supporting the specific business unit in Group Health and Welfare, in describing their current and target processes – Assisting with requirements gathering – Challenging business needs and IT scenarios – Participating in the development of validation and deployment strategies – Leading feasibility studies by taking responsibility for: – Project scoping (structuring into workstreams, defining the scope (requirements repository / list of business functionalities)) – Presentation to governance bodies – Managing workstreams that meet the requirements – Consolidating cost estimates – Reserving CAF (Customer Activity Funding) – Writing general functional specifications – Sharing specifications and/or user stories from the backlog and obtaining validation from the business, conducting user demos – Populating, prioritizing, and monitoring the progress of the backlog – Ensure overall functional and technical consistency – Participate in the drafting and validation of user acceptance and end-to-end tests with the business stakeholders – Participate in user acceptance testing – Participate in user change management supportPlease send your CV, cover letter, and copies of your diplomas to [e-mail]
