STMicroelectronics France seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead next-generation RF and optical connectivity programs from feasibility through production. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across architecture, hardware and software design, test, and industrialization, while managing international customer interactions.

The role demands strong leadership in a dynamic, multicultural environment and a drive to deliver high-impact, innovative solutions.

Qualifications

Significant experience managing programs in microelectronics or high-tech industries.
Strong technical understanding of RF and IC systems.
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across functions.
Proven ability to operate in complex, multicultural environments.

Responsabilités

Lead complex programs with 50+ contributors and >$10M budget over 2–3 years.
Coordinate cross-functional teams: marketing, architecture, hardware/software, test, quality, industrialization.
Manage international customer interactions.
Oversee product life cycle from prototype to industrial ramp-up.
Lead core teams, meetings and reporting to stakeholders.
Identify and manage risks and opportunities across projects.
Monitor schedules, budgets and resources to ensure on-time delivery.
Contribute to IP design, packaging, test and industrialization.
