STMicroelectronics in Grenoble seeks a seasoned Program Manager to lead next-generation RF and optical projects from feasibility to production, within the Ranging and Connectivity Division.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across marketing, hardware and software design, test, and manufacturing to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery in an international setting.

The role requires strong leadership, deep RF/IC systems knowledge, and experience managing diverse, global teams.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading programs in microelectronics or high-tech industries.
• Strong understanding of RF and IC systems.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams across international environments.
• Proficiency working in complex and multicultural environments.

Responsabilités

• Manage complex programs with scope, cost, and schedule; lead cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with marketing, architecture, hardware/software design, test, quality, and manufacturing.
• Oversee customer interactions in an international context.
• Monitor product lifecycle from prototype to ramp-up and industrialization.
• Lead project meetings, reporting, and risk management.
