STMicroelectronics France is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead cross‑functional programs in Optical & RF, coordinating data communications and telecommunications customer needs with ST stakeholders. You will drive silicon photonics and RF silicon initiatives, manage multi-disciplinary teams, and align projects with strategic priorities.

Qualifications

Experienced Project Manager with a strong background in managing complex, cross‑functional projects.
Entrepreneurial mindset capable of driving innovation and adapting to change.
Good technical understanding of RF silicon technologies.
Understanding of Silicon Photonics and optical communications is highly desirable.

Responsabilités

Drive collaboration between Data communications and Telecommunications customers and ST stakeholders using a wafer foundry model (COT/COT+) across development to production ramp.
Lead and manage cross-functional teams to coordinate customer support and ensure fast responses with internal experts.
Identify risks and opportunities and implement mitigation strategies.
Manage scope, schedule, budget, and resources to ensure timely delivery and quality.
Communicate status, challenges and outcomes to stakeholders, promoting transparency and alignment.
Foster a culture of innovation and agile decision-making.
Champion new ideas and align projects with strategic priorities.
