• Significant experience in project or program management in microelectronics or high-tech industry.
• Strong understanding of RF and IC systems is expected.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and coordinating cross-functional projects.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex programs from feasibility study to production.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams: architecture, hardware and software design, test, quality, industrialization.
• Manage customer interactions in international environments and with multiple contributors.
• Monitor product life cycle from prototype to industrial ramp-up.
• Lead core teams, project meetings, and reporting to stakeholders.
• Identify and manage risks and opportunities to keep programs on track.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure competitive time to market and alignment with business goals.
• Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders throughout the project.
