Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions in Paris, France is seeking a senior program manager to lead cross‑functional programs and define strategy, governance, and integrated delivery plans. You will partner with sponsors to drive value, manage risks, and ensure benefits realization at scale.

We expect strong executive communication, proven ability to influence without authority, and hands-on use of data and AI-enabled tools to improve delivery and decision support. A relevant bachelor’s degree is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive project and program management experience.
• Ability to define program strategy, integrated plans, governance, and executive decision structures.
• Proven success influencing senior stakeholders and leading without direct authority.
• Experience managing program risks, dependencies, budgets or investments, delivery performance, change impacts, and benefits.
• Exceptional written, verbal, facilitation, and executive communication skills.
• Experience using data and AI-enabled tools to improve program delivery and decision support.
• Working knowledge of responsible AI practices, including data protection and human oversight.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Lead major programs spanning multiple business areas, regions, or functions and define strategy, objectives, and roadmaps.
• Align senior stakeholders on priorities, scope, sequencing, resources, and outcomes.
• Identify risks, dependencies, constraints, and change impacts; establish mitigations and escalation paths.
• Provide concise, decision-oriented communication for executives and delivery teams.
• Mentor project managers and delivery professionals, sharing practices that raise execution quality.
• Leverage AI, automation, and data tools to improve planning, research, and reporting.
