Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading complex, cross-functional programs.
• Proven ability to create strategy, governance and exec plans in ambiguity.
• Proven influence with senior stakeholders and resource negotiation.
• Experience managing risks, budgets, dependencies and benefits.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication for executives.
• Experience using data and AI-enabled tools to improve delivery.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead major programs spanning multiple areas, define strategy and roadmap.
• Identify risks, dependencies, constraints, and mitigation plans.
• Define value metrics, track benefits and post-launch performance.
