Bruker Daltonics seeks a Materials Project Manager (MPM) to lead BU-facing supply chain readiness and risk management. You will translate BU growth plans into readiness actions, assess demand against supplier capacity, and present recommendations to BU and GSM leadership.

You will collaborate across Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Planning, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Finance, and suppliers to align BU strategy with supplier capabilities.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Economics or related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, purchasing, inventory control and/or supplier management.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional material-readiness, supply-risk, product-launch, or operational planning activities in a matrix environment.
• Strong written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills for leadership.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.

Mansioni

• Serve as Procurement’s primary point of contact and trusted advisor to BU leadership and stakeholders.
• Understand BU growth plans, product roadmaps, demand outlook, launch schedule, and customer priorities.
• Translate BU requirements into supply readiness priorities, risks, and actions.
• Represent GSM in BU planning, reviews, and leadership discussions; communicate exposure, tradeoffs, recommendations, and decisions.
