Crossing Hurdles is seeking a procurement-focused professional to design and author expert-level procurement tasks. You will draft RFPS, evaluate bids, score suppliers, and negotiate contracts, reflecting real-world complexity in IT, industrial, or professional services sectors.

You will also create supplier quotations, specifications, pricing tables, and technical documentation in diverse formats, and develop defensible sourcing recommendations with thorough justifications.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate or public-sector procurement with supplier analysis and contract negotiation.
• Ability to analyze non-standardized vendor submissions and produce comparison matrices.
• Deep domain knowledge in IT, industrial, or professional services.

Responsabilités

• Draft RFPS and evaluate bids.
• Create supplier quotations, specifications, and pricing tables.
• Develop defensible sourcing recommendations with clear rationale.
• Develop grading rubrics for AI agents evaluating vendor performance.
