74Software, affiliated with Axway and SBS, is seeking a Workday Procurement Expert to optimize our P2P processes and support global procurement operations. You will serve as SME for Workday Procurement, configure business processes, and collaborate with IT, Finance, and Procurement teams.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in Workday Procurement, Workday certification (preferred), and hands-on experience with integrations and reporting.

Qualifications

• 3 years hands-on experience with Workday Procurement.
• Workday certification in Procurement or related modules (preferred).
• Experience with Workday integrations, EIBs, and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of Accounts Payable, Supplier Accounts, and Financials modules within Workday.
• Experience working in global or multi-entity organizations.
• Familiarity with Agile project methodologies and ERP implementation projects.

Responsabilités

• Serve as SME for Workday Procurement, including Requisitions, POs, Supplier Management, Receiving, and Supplier Invoices.
• Configure and maintain Workday Procurement processes, security, notifications, approvals, and integrations with IT/Finance.
• Partner with Procurement, Finance, Accounts Payable and stakeholders to translate requirements into Workday solutions.
• Lead system enhancements, testing, release management, and post-production support for Workday Procurement.
• Analyze current P2P processes and recommend improvements for automation, compliance, and efficiency.
• Support supplier onboarding and management within Workday.
• Collaborate with integration teams to support procurement interfaces.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs for procurement operations.
• Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with Workday support as needed.
• Create and maintain documentation, training materials and SOPs.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with controls and policies.
• Participate in Workday updates to identify optimization opportunities.
