Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred (PhD in Life Sciences, MD, or PharmD)
• 10+ years of experience in strategy consulting and the pharmaceutical/biotech industry
• Experience in BD/M&A is a strong differentiator and beneficial for deal evaluation
• Proven ability to influence senior executives and drive strategic outcomes in matrixed organizations

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Corporate Strategy Head to drive portfolio decisions across R&D and commercial pipelines
• Lead end-to-end strategic evaluations from discovery through commercialization
• Perform hands-on financial and strategic analysis including NPV and portfolio optimization
• Support PSW preparation and Strategy Board governance with actionable insights
• Identify inorganic growth opportunities and evaluate BD, licensing, and M&A prospects
