Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Senior Corporate Strategy Lead to shape long-term direction in collaboration with the Head of Corporate Strategy and the Chief Strategy Officer, interacting with the Executive Committee. The role blends scientific insight with rigorous business strategy to identify growth opportunities across R&D and commercial functions.

You will evaluate strategic options, perform financial and market analyses, and influence decision-making across global functions, driving enterprise value

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred (PhD/MD/PharmD).
• 10+ years combined strategy consulting and pharma/biotech industry experience.
• BD/M&A experience is a strong differentiator; prior deal work is preferred.
• Proven track record influencing senior executives and driving strategic outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Corporate Strategy Head to drive portfolio decisions across R&D and commercial lines.
• Lead end-to-end strategic evaluations of the therapeutic portfolio and resource allocation.
• Conduct risk-adjusted NPV modelling, portfolio optimisation, and competitive assessments.
• Coordinate Strategy Week activities and cross-functional strategy networks.
