A fast-growing fintech startup in Lyon is seeking a Partnerships Manager to drive partner recruitment and development. This role requires a Master’s degree and at least 3 years of experience in field sales or network management. You will engage with partners to enhance their commercial success while fostering relationships that support cash management solutions. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in field sales or network management with outstanding results.
• Strong understanding of financial concepts and challenges for SMEs.
• Willingness to travel across France at least 2 days per week.

Responsabilités

• Participate in recruiting new partners and introduce the Agicap Partner Program.
• Ensure partner upskilling and commercial development.
• Develop lead generation by engaging partners.
