Job summary

Homa, a global mobile game developer and publisher, is seeking an AI Unity Tools Engineer to lead a new automation tooling initiative across its Unity titles. You will design AI-enabled QA pipelines and maintain TeamCity builds to improve reliability and cost efficiency.

You will work with AI, Unity, QA, DevOps, and infrastructure to push automation at the edge of what's possible. You will onboard new games, measure impact, and drive adoption with developers, QA teams, and studios.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Unity and Unity games.
Proven experience using AI systems in engineering workflows.
Strong DevOps understanding, including build pipelines and TeamCity.

Responsibilities

Design and deploy AI-enabled QA automation pipelines across Homa's major Unity games.
Maintain and improve TeamCity build pipelines to keep game builds reliable.
Onboard new games and tools onto the platform while preserving service quality.
Test AI-driven QA approaches to reduce manual testing and legacy tooling.
Collaborate with developers, QA teams, studios, and mobile teams to ensure adoption.
Measure impact on testing time, build reliability, and cost; turn into recommendations.
