Harmattan AI in France is seeking a Materials Manager to design and execute a strategic roadmap for optimizing warehouse and inventory operations. You will establish performance metrics, drive continuous improvement, and lead a high-performing team while ensuring quality and safety.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in material management within manufacturing, experience implementing SOPs and ERP/WMS systems, and a track record of scaling teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of material management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years of experience managing a lead of supervisors, associates, or operators.

Responsabilités

• Design and execute a comprehensive strategic roadmap to optimize and streamline warehouse and inventory operations.
• Implement end-to-end material management measures to ensure inventory accuracy and mitigate stockouts or overstocking.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, engineering, logistics, and quality teams for demand forecasting and timely material delivery.
• Develop and implement robust SOPs to drive operational efficiency and continuous process improvement.
• Oversee ERP and WMS integrations to enhance material-related processes.
• Identify and execute cost-reduction opportunities across the supply chain while maintaining quality and safety.
• Lead and develop a high-performing logistics and warehouse team.
