Harmattan AI seeks a visionary VP Manufacturing to establish and scale its MEA manufacturing footprint. The role leads partnerships, production setup, and execution aligned with the global industrial roadmap, coordinating with engineering, supply chain, and finance to enable rapid growth.

The candidate will oversee risk, quality, and regulatory compliance (ISO/AS9100 or equivalents), drive Lean/Six Sigma initiatives, and build a high-performance MEA team across geographies.

Qualifications

• Strong manufacturing leadership experience in complex settings.
• Experience implementing medium- to large-scale production across multiple sites.
• Comfortable working with advanced robotics and AI technologies.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver challenging objectives.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute Harmattan AI’s MEA manufacturing strategy in alignment with the Head of Manufacturing & SCM.
• Structure and manage MEA manufacturing partnerships and production capabilities.
• Direct the setup and operation of production capabilities in the MEA.
• Oversee manufacturing execution and optimize processes for scaling.
