A leading executive search firm in France is seeking an Executive Search Consultant in Life Sciences Industries. The role involves managing sales opportunities, developing new business, and maintaining client relationships. Candidates should have a degree in Life Sciences and at least 3 years of relevant sales experience. This is a full-time position requiring travel. Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in life sciences, more than 5 years preferred.
• Proven sales track record in large pharmaceutical, biotech and/or CRO space.
• Able to travel 40% of the time for client visits and training.

• Manage funnel opportunities for revenue gains and new business.
• Develop territory plans and work independently to meet goals.
• Establish relationships with key decision-makers.

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Fluent in English and a second European language

Formation

Degree in Life Sciences (BAC+5 / BAC+8)
