Ayvens is seeking an experienced Head of Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) & Cybersecurity Transformation to lead the integration of cybersecurity operations after the ALD-LeasePlan merger and align with Société Générale standards. You will define strategy, manage risk, and drive a large-scale transformation across the multinational organization.

Fluent in English is required; a strong track record in governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance is essential to deliver sustainable

Qualifications

Experience delivering large-scale cybersecurity transformation programs.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across business, tech and control functions.
Strong knowledge of governance frameworks, controls and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilités

Define and deliver GRC strategy, roadmap and operating model for Ayvens.
Lead GRC & Transformation team, including workforce planning and performance management.
Establish and continuously improve cybersecurity governance frameworks, standards and controls.
Oversee IT risk management, risk assessments, audits and business continuity.
Manage relationships with senior leadership, regulators, auditors and LoD.
Drive integration program post-merger, harmonizing frameworks and processes.
Monitor program performance, prepare executive governance updates and KPIs.
