Ayvens, a global leader in sustainable mobility, is seeking a Head of Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) & Cybersecurity Transformation to lead the GRC function and drive the integration of cybersecurity operations after the ALD-LeasePlan merger. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in cybersecurity or related field.
• Experience leading large-scale cybersecurity transformations.
• Fluent in English and able to interact with executives.

Responsabilités

• Define and deliver cybersecurity GRC strategy, roadmap and transformation.
• Lead GRC & Transformation team including workforce planning and coaching.
• Establish and improve governance frameworks, policies and controls.
• Oversee IT risk management, audits, and business continuity.
• Report KPIs and manage escalations to senior management.
