RAISE Summit is seeking a leader to own the CxO Summit program end-to-end across MACHINA, Signal Week, and RAISE CxO Summit. You will construct partnerships with consultancies, banks, and networks, curate an elite attendee roster, and shape session formats for high-signal executive exchanges.
You will manage a small team, negotiate strategic collaborations, and drive a five-track program across three events in one week, with direct impact on executive-level engagement.
We build the events where the people shaping technology actually meet. Chain of Events runs three of them, all in Paris, all within the same week:
In July 2026, all three brands were acquired by Hyve Group, the global B2B events organiser behind Fintech Meetup, HLTH, and Shoptalk. In July 2027, they will converge on the Palais des Congrès during the exact same week Across the portfolio, our executive programmes are the highest-value component we run — and the one with the most room to grow.
You will own our CxO Summits end to end, across three events:
This is not a coordination role. You are accountable for who is in the room, what happens in it, and whether those executives come back the following year.
The RAISE CxO Summit is not a concept to be invented. It ran in 2026 and it worked. You
would be taking over a proven format and scaling it across three events.
The 2026 edition in numbers:
The partnership model is already proven. QuantumBlack, AI by McKinsey joined the 2026 CxO Summit as Knowledge Partner, bringing both editorial depth and executive relationships. Replicating and multiplying that kind of partnership — across consultancies, banks, industry bodies and executive networks — is the core of this role.
The format. Private invitation only. Positioned as intimacy at scale: a high-signal, low-noise environment built around peer exchange rather than broadcast. The 2026 agenda ran on five strategic themes — value realisation and capital allocation, data and scaling, agentic AI and autonomy, global risk and regulation, and sector-specific roadmaps. Participants received access to RAISE House, the executive lounges, and the full main summit.
What comes next is the hard part. In 2027 the model has to extend from one executive track to five, across three events and three industries, in a single week. That build is yours.
Executive audiences are not acquired through marketing — they are convened. You will design and close partnerships with the organisations that hold those relationships: strategy consultancies (McKinsey, BCG, Bain and equivalents bringing their client portfolios), investment firms, corporate partners, executive networks, industry associations and peer communities. You will identify the right partner archetypes for each track, structure the value exchange, and negotiate the terms.
From first contact to post-event follow-up: qualification, invitation, onboarding, briefing, on- site experience. Every CxO who attends should feel the programme was built for them specifically.
Duration, room configuration, session mix, the ratio of speaking to peer exchange, Chatham House rules where relevant. You decide what a CISO Summit should feel like versus a CMO Summit, and why.
Define the editorial angle for each track. Source and secure speakers. Structure keynotes, panels and closed- door roundtables. Write the briefs, prepare the moderators, and make sure no session is generic. Our standard: an executive should not be able to get this conversation anywhere else.
You will lead a team of interns handling operational deployment — speaker onboarding, agenda management, logistics, on-site execution. You set the priorities, review the work, and are responsible for the output.
We are built on diversity and driven by inclusion. Whoever you are, wherever you come from, bring your unique voice to our team!
