We build the events where the people shaping technology actually meet. Chain of Events runs three of them, all in Paris, all within the same week.
- RAISE Summit is the AI summit for decision-makers. Launched in 2024, it has grown from 2,000 to 9,000+ attendees across three editions — over 80% of them C-level, from 76 countries — with 350+ speakers spanning AI infrastructure, enterprise adoption, agentic systems, sovereignty and policy. The 2026 edition at the Carrousel du Louvre featured Mark Cuban, Yann LeCun and Nelson Griggs (Nasdaq). The week extends well beyond the main stage: the Versailles AI Gala at the Orangerie of the Château de Versailles, the RAISE Hackathon, and RAISE the STAKES, the startup competition that drew 1,100+ applications in 2026.
- MACHINA Summit is Europe's leading event dedicated to Physical AI — intelligence that acts on the real world through humanoids, industrial robotics, autonomous systems and next-generation human–machine interfaces. Its inaugural 2026 edition brought together the labs building humanoids and the enterprises deploying robotics at scale, with speakers from Google DeepMind, Boston Dynamics, NVIDIA, 1X, Apptronik and Agility Robotics. It is the fastest-moving brand in the portfolio and the one with the most white space ahead of it.
- Alongside them, Signal Week is the institutional summit for digital assets. Founded in 2019 as Paris Blockchain Week and elevated to Signal Week in 2026, it draws 10,000+ attendees from 100+ countries, with roughly 70% holding C-suite positions. Its last edition convened 250+ banks and financial institutions, over $50T in assets under management, and 70 government officials and regulators — BlackRock, J.P. Morgan, Deutsche Bank, Fidelity, BNY Mellon, Citi, the London Stock Exchange, ESMA and the European Commission among them. The thesis is that TradFi and digital assets are no longer two industries but one financial system being rebuilt on shared rails.
In July 2026, all three were acquired by Hyve Group, the global B2B events organiser behind Fintech Meetup, HLTH and Shoptalk. In 2027 they converge on the Palais des Congrès in the same week.
About the role
We're looking for an Executive Assistant to become the right hand of our Founders and Board — the person who keeps their time, information and priorities perfectly orchestrated in the middle of a fast-scaling, multi-brand events business. You'll sit at the center of the action: every strategic conversation, every trip, every Board decision will run more smoothly because you're there. This is a high-trust, high-visibility role for someone who thrives on complexity and discretion in equal measure.
What you will do
- Own and arbitrate a complex, ever-changing agenda for the Founders and Board members — balancing competing priorities, coordinating across time zones, and making the right calls on what gets a Founder's time and what doesn’t.
- During event weeks, you will also manage on-site schedules for the board and VIPs, coordinate executive meeting slots, and oversee guest onboarding.
- Lead end-to-end organization of all business travel — flights, hotels, visas, itineraries — anticipating friction points before they happen so Founders can focus on what matters.
- Manage first-level administrative and financial follow-up: expense reports, invoicing related to Founders/Board activity, and close coordination with the Finance team to keep everything accurate and on time.
- Drive operational support around strategic meetings — preparing materials, producing sharp minutes, and chasing post-Board action items until they're actually done.
- Partner closely with the Chief of Staff by executing the operational mechanics of our internal operating system and governance formats (scheduling, meeting prep, document completeness, follow-ups, and smooth information flow between the Founders/Board and internal teams).
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–3 years' experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or in a similar high-level support role, ideally supporting Founders, C-level executives or a Board.
- Fully bilingual French/English, written and spoken, with the ease to switch between the two daily.
- Rock-solid organizational skills and the ability to prioritize instantly when everything feels urgent.
- Absolute discretion and trustworthiness — you'll be handling sensitive, confidential information as a matter of course.
- Sharp attention to detail, especially under time pressure (travel logistics, expense accuracy, meeting follow-through).
- A calm, solution-oriented presence — someone who anticipates rather than reacts.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly.
- Proficiency with standard productivity and calendar tools (Google Workspace, Slack, expense/travel platforms).
- Genuinely excited about AI and automation, with a proven interest in integrating emerging tech tools into daily workflows (major plus).
What we offer
- 10-month fixed-term contract (CDD), based in our Paris 17th offices.
- Front-row seat to how a fast-growing, multi-brand tech events company is run at the top.
- 100% Navigo pass coverage, 65% health insurance coverage, Meal vouchers, Wellpass., 1 day of remote work per week.
- A fast-paced, multicultural, and entrepreneurial environment where initiative is expected — not just encouraged.
- Full access to a premium AI toolset, with the budget to keep adding to it.
