CODIX is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to own and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle in alignment with our project management framework. You will develop detailed plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage risks and changes, communicate clearly to executives, coordinate with customers, and oversee post-implementation support to ensure stability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• Proven track record managing IT or enterprise software projects.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong command of PM methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/hybrid).
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules and priorities in complex environments.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Own and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle.
• Develop, maintain, and execute detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Lead cross-functional project teams, including business analysts, software engineers, and QA specialists.
• Track project performance and proactively manage scope, risks, issues, dependencies and change requests.
• Provide clear, consistent communication of project status, risks and milestones to executives.
• Ensure successful project delivery in terms of scope, quality, budget and timeline.
• Coordinate with customers to ensure alignment, satisfaction and smooth transition to production support.
• Oversee post-implementation follow-up to ensure solution stability, adoption and continuous improvement.
