Chanel in France seeks an experienced Service Delivery Manager – Project Management to oversee IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and quality. You will bridge technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors, driving continuous improvement in delivery processes and governance.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, manage risks, enforce quality, and align projects with IT strategy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading IT projects, delivery or program management.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid approaches.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.

Responsabilités

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables; craft detailed plans with timelines, resources, and milestones; monitor budget.
• Serve as single point of contact for IT requestors; facilitate alignment between technical teams and business users.
• Define risk assessments and contingency plans; ensure compliance with GDPR, SOC2.
• Define and enforce quality standards; coordinate with QA; oversee UAT and documentation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement; implement PM best practices; track metrics.
• Produce regular status reports for stakeholders; share outcomes and lessons; maintain project docs.
