Stellar is seeking a Project Manager to run customer projects end to end, from kick-off through deployment. You will own the plan that binds software development and operations, and coordinate across engineering and operations with a CPTO-backed leadership.

You will work with distributed, international teams, including fully remote and on-site members, and manage scope, schedule, and customer relationships while maintaining strong documentation and agile alignment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical projects end to end with software and deployment.
• Experience coordinating across teams without direct authority.
• Ability to work with distributed international teams, including remote workers.
• Experience handling customer-facing projects and scope/schedule discussions.
• Strong technical curiosity; ability to challenge estimates and trade-offs.
• Familiar with agile delivery and its interaction with project planning.
• Hands-on with Jira or equivalent backlog tool.
• Excellent documentation habits.
• Professional English; French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own scope, schedule, quality, and delivery of customer projects spanning software development and operations.
• Break project scope into actionable work and manage backlog.
• Anticipate workload shifts and deployment ramp-up.
• Track progress and surface slippage early.
• Act as primary contact for customers on project delivery.
• Translate between customer expectations and internal technical reality.
• Manage scope changes and their impact on schedule and capacity.
• Coordinate across teams and resolve capacity conflicts.
• Escalate when priorities conflict and coordinate with team leads.
• Maintain direct channel with team leads for urgent requests.
